I opened Microsoft edge it froze my console completely

I just signed in to jigsaw puzzles trying to put together a puzzle. It has froze up on me 3 times just doing the edge pieces, then it kicked me completely out of jigsaw puzzles. A friend is having the same problem. Is Microsoft ever going to repair the problem?

Yes, I signed out of the Microsoft account.

I opened Edge and was signed into Bing.

I signed out of Bing.

I cleared cookies and passwords.

I removed devices at https://account.microsoft.com/devices

I signed out of Microsoft account.

I rebooted.

I opened Edge and was still signed into Bing.

How can I completely signout of a public computer,

so that other persons Bing searches are not logged against my Microsoft account?

There is no direct error message, as I can't interact with the Microsoft Edge app, but when I click something that would cause Microsoft Edge to open it instead opens the XBL Marketplace & fails to load a page saying;

"Try that again.

Page could not be loaded. Please try again later.

I have tried the following:

Turning the console off & back on repeatedly, waiting hours in between attempts.

Restarting the console repeatedly, waiting hours in between attempts.

Searching the Microsoft Store, on the console & website, for the app to attempt a redownload.

Searching my hard drives for the Microsoft Edge app.

Nothing has worked & I can't find the app nor open it via alternate methods.

It's as if it doesn't exist.

I just tried the latest suggestion and the download went to 1% complete but then froze my console again.

I Have the same problem with the navegator they close unspectedly and could't let me open and when I try open the Microsoft Edge only appear the startup logo I close the appl and run again but still does't have the Edge logo with a message error I restart
my console and resolve this problem but still the navegator have the problem to close the application.
