I no longer own minecraft

    I no longer own minecraft


    i bought minecraft a while ago and decided to recently to redownload it and when i reinstalled it (i installed it digitally for my games and apps) it says i no longer own the game with an error code0x803F8001.How do i fix this?

    No longer own DOOM!!

    I would suggest going through your download history and seeing if you can retrieve the game from there. If not, you said you checked your license but did you transfer it? If you did, try clearing your marketplace cache and even system cache to see if it
    restores it. Also, make sure nothing is corrupt, even your profile. Hope this helps in some way.

    check your purchases page to see if you can locate it in your past purchases. It may be that you purchased it under a different gamertag. Another thing to check is if you were playing it as a free trial and forgot, however if you did purchase the full version
    on your current gamertag then it should show in your past purchases

    This has happened to me before, doing a hard reset to my xbox (holding down the console power button for 10 seconds). hasn't failed me as far as this issue goes yet so hopefully it'll help you!

    You need to look for the account that made the purchase of the game to be able to play again, the account that made the purchase will have the game listed on the order history

    Once you find the account, that account will need to be logged on the Microsoft store app to have access to the game
