    I no longer own Minecraft Bedrock (Windows 10)


    When I made my Minecraft account in 2018 (java edition), Mojang gifted me the Windows 10 bedrock version. I can still play it, and it's not the trial, however, my microsoft store says I do not own the game, therefore I can't get into the Beta program.
    What do I do?

    Java is the original release of Minecraft. Xbox One Edition will no longer be updated seeing as they released the Bedrock version for Xbox and Windows 10 and other platforms.

    In the Bedrock Edition, each Minecraft World has its own separate folder and is located at games/com. mojang/minecraftWorlds location on Windows 11/10

    As previously noted. Microsoft owns Minecraft, however Minecraft Java is not a Microsoft or Xbox game. The PC equivalent is “Minecraft Windows 10 edition” the Java version is a separate game not part of Minecraft bedrock, their-for not cross play with other devices.

    Xbox owns W10 edition not Java edition

    If you search Minecraft page on Microsoft Store you can't simply donwload it because you already own the game? As I know, the Bedrock edition is available as an update for the Windows 10 version.
