I no longer own an xbox but I'm still being charged for Gold and I want a refund

I used to own an xbox and I made a Microsoft account specifically for that xbox. I subscribed to get a Gold account, $60. I moved out a few months ago and didn't take my xbox with me, and I don't have access to it anymore. I don't remember the name of the
account I made, let alone the email associated with it. I think the name was something like "dawn-to-dusk" but I can't remember. I was just charged $60 for a service I no longer can even use. I was wondering if there's a way to get a refund for it, and cancel
any future payments (I'd forgotten I was even subscribed to Gold as I hadn't used the xbox for a few months before I moved out, too. It's been nearly a year since I've used an xbox!)

I'm getting charged for a full month when my auto renew expires in 2 days

I canceled my "had no idea this was happening" auto renew last month, and I just got charged yesterday for this month. However, because I canceled the auto-renew, it still says my Gold expires in 2 days. So I'm getting charged for a full month for something
I don't want, but they're only going to give it to me for 2 days? I'm confused, and definitely looking for a refund. Sitting online waiting for an agent now, but was hoping someone else had this problem and could offer advice?

Unexplainable charges?

I bought a 12 month gold membership for xbox live in june 2012 and got charged £39.99 and that was fine. Then every couple of week (every 3 or so) i kept getting charged £5.99 from xbox live when i hadn't bought anything extra or even used my xbox. They
are still happening and i am not happy and want it to stop and want a refund.

PS4 doesn't charge. PS3 doesn't charge. Xbox should not charge. I'm not aware of any other device that charges and I've owned a lot (Roku, Boxee Box, several smart Blu-ray players, a smart tv, an Android box, etc). I knew about gold being required for Netflix
before buying the Xbox One but had already planned on getting gold for multi-player and eventually the free games or I would have just gone with the PS4. Whether people can afford it or not doesn't really matter it's still unusual for Microsoft to charge when
no one else does. I don't blame people for not wanting to pay it.

All of Netflix content is hosted on Amazon servers, that's where it's streamed from, and gold is required for other apps as well, not just Netflix. This has nothing to do with an added expense incurred by Microsoft for Netflix that they need people to pay
for, this is charging for the benefit of using those apps, which is unusual.

The account hasn't been renewed yet (it hasn't charged the credit card for another year yet). The membership will stay what it is (an Xbox LIVE Gold Family Pack) until the point that it is charged for another year. I wanted to make it so that when I was
charged for another year (on the new card), I would be charged for a standard Xbox LIVE Gold membership. Basically, I was trying to purchase the new membership NOW, so that when it went to charge the new card for another year, it would charge for a standard
Xbox LIVE Gold membership. However, the only option being given to me to select is an Xbox LIVE Gold Family Pack. Maybe it is a bug. If the next option I'm given here doesn't work, I'll contact phone support.

I believe if you have an gold period attached to the card you will not be able to remove it until the period is up, also you may not be able to remove a card from the payment options if you owe money to Microsoft on that card...

Also If you are being charged for something that you did not agree to or simply no longer want to pay for then you should first start by contacting your bank and informing them you no longer wish to pay for this service and they will block it from being
charged onto your card.

@Omnislash CS Did it eventually come? cause Everyone I've talked to has said that I'm still getting charged but that a new unit isn't being sent out and they can't figure out how to override it or refund the charges
