I never signed up for music pass, never knew I had it and now want a refund

This is a joke. I never signed up for music pass, have no idea what it is, nor obviously have I ever used it. Yet I have been charged for this for the past 21 months. As my credit card statement only identified the transaction as "Microsoft", I thought it
was an ongoing charge as part of the Xbox Gold subscription.

I just called Microsoft support for help and apart from finding it extremely hard to understand the assistant, got no support whatsoever.

Please help.

Microsoft groove 3 extra free months

I signed up for groove music pass and was told I'd receive a code for 3 extra months free and never received it I have been charged for this month now.

Xbox Music Pass - Wrongfully Charge

Hello, I've been a member for a couple of months now and it seems that I have a problem with the Xbox Music Pass. Despite not accepting any contract, form or any sort of agreement that I want an Xbox Music Pass, it still charges me on a monthly basis. I
have not bought the Xbox Music Pass before, yet it still constantly charges me. Please, cancel it now! I am being wrongfully charged for something I never even bought! My email:

Yea most apps have a bunch of 0g achievements. I'm indifferent to them. However the ReddX achievements have some pretty amusing photos for theirs.

So were you aware that other apps also have achievements? There was a recent conversation about this, they're fairly redundant in my and a lot of the communities opinion, from what I recall anyway.
