    I never received my 3 months free groove music code from getting groove during the promo period back in August(ended August 17th buy a month, get 3 free.. I contacted support multiple times and they CONFIRMED I am eligible. They directed me here to post
    in which i did back in September, that post seems to have vanished since this new forum update..... Anyhow its been a month and Ive heard nothing. Ive checked my emails both junk/spam as well. This is becoming frustrating.... I'd like some kind of information...
    Also there was another promo in October (ended the 17th 2 free months with a paid month, which i paid for 10/03) that I should be eligible for as well, seeing as I paid for a music pass in October also.. Please please resolve this! If support says I am eligible
    why cant they just send a code???? I don't understand what they need to do to fix this, or why its taking months.... Thank you I look forward to a response.

    Good day, I am posting since I have yet to receive my code for 3 free months of the Groove Music Pass, which was promoted up until August 17th. As per the earlier post,

    Promotion Details: Sign up for Groove Music Pass by August 17, 2016 and get a 3 month code. (4 months free for brand new users but I had previously utilized a free trial so I paid for the first month)

    Date of Purchase: As per my billing history, I signed up for Groove Music Pass on August 6, 2016

    Promo Item(s): I have not yet received the 3 month promotional code for this purchase.

    Buy one month of Groove Music Pass, and the next three months are on the house.

    I responded to an email from Microsoft on 7/13/2016, signed up for a 30 day Groove Music Pass subscription on the promise by Microsoft for a 90 day Groove Music Pass access. A promo code has never been received. I was passed from one chat support representative
    to another to another to another and then after spending 30 minutes was sent here. Maybe this will get resolved soon.

    Their email stated "Rev up your summer soundtrack with 3 free months (90 days) of music.* Just sign up for Groove Music Pass, and after your first paid month ($9.99), we'll email you a promo code for your bonus months (as always, you can cancel anytime).
