I never received the HUT packs and the exclusive contents for NHL17

I bought NHL17 a few days before the game came out. I bought the Deluxe Edition at 89.99 and i was supposed to received HUT packs each week but since the game came out 2 weeks ago now and i didnt received anything yet so I decided to check with Xbox
supports. I chat with someone who's name is Abdullah E. He gave me this number

I haven't received a game code to recive my packs in nhl17 super deluxe edition and madden17 deluxe

i purchased nhl17 super deluxe edition and the madden17 deluxe edition and haven't received and of my complimenty packs for buying the special edition games. I also haven't received a code to redeem the packs

Thank you for this. I received the code for EA Access on July 7th, which came through my Xbox Live messages and still has a presence in my inbox. However, I have not received my code for the bonus content as advertised. The game was purchased directly
from the Microsoft Store, and the advertised bonus content which includes 50 HUT Gold Plus Packs, EASHL Equipment Bundle, and the EASHL '94 Celebration was not included.

 

Hi QcNordiik88, The pack should appear every week in the unopened packs section within ultimate team. If you don't open it within 7 days it will be gone however. To get the full 25 packs you need to log in every week for the first 25 weeks of the game. The
new pack should appear every Tuesday.

Did you buy the game digitally or retail?

 

I just talked to a guy on xbox support and i purchased the deluxe edition but i still havent received a pack and the other contents

 

Two possible solutions.

1 Have you tried clicking the 'check for other rewards' tab in the ultimate team section of the game

2 If that doesn't work have you tried checking if the deluxe content is installed. Go to the game tile, press the menu button on the controller and select manage game. Then check if there is anything in the 'ready to install' tab. Maybe the deluxe edition
content is a dlc add on you haven't downloaded?

 

I checked everything and I did every thing correctly, The games il fully installed and I also checked regularly if it was in the "other rewards" like you said and i didnt have anything either since the day nhl17 came out

 

I'm sorry I have no other suggestions to try and help. Maybe try contacting EA about the issue?
