    I NEVER RECEIVED THE 10 Dollar Promotion Code FOR THE PREORDER OF QUANTUM BREAK


    I FINALLY RECEIVED THE WINDOWS 10 Code AND THE ALAN WAKE CODE BUT I NEVER RECEIVED THE PREORDER 10 PROMOTION CODE.I FINALLY HAVE EVERYTHING ELSE THANK YOU BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVED THE 10 DOLLAR PREORDER CODE. Also I ASKED MICROSOFT ABOUT THE ISSUE BUT
    I WAS TOLD THAT I NEED TO GET IN CONTACT WITH THE DEVELOPER OF THE QUANTUM BREAK GAME IN ORDER TO RECEIVE THE 10 DOLLAR PROMOTION

    Still Never received my Preorder codes from Quantum Break!!!

    My GT: , I preorder Quantum Break back on April 4th 2016 and still never received my preorder code for Alan Wake American Nightmare or My Win 10 PC code of Quantum Break

    i received 2 codes today for Alan Wake and the windows 10 version of Quantum break, is that all or am i supposed to get more codes?

    also any idea when i should get my 10 dollar for preorder?

    The $10 code is a promotion from microsoftstore.com so you would need to contact their customer support for assistance. Keep in mind that if you are a rewards member, you would receive 15,000 credits instead of the $10 code (which would show as pending about
    15 business days after the game shipped).

    If you purchased the game digitally, you would not be eligible for the code.
