    I never received my code for a game.


    I bought a new Xbox one on Tuesday (11/15/16) the 500gb system where you could pick a game and you would get the code to download it. I logged on to the Xbox website and picked Gears of War Ultimate Edition, and never received my code. It said i should get
    it in about 2 days. What should I do to get the code?

    Terms and Conditions    , after purchasing an eligible Office 365 product, you needed to redeem the offer at
    http://www.Office.com/xbox. If you did this prior to the October 31st end date, you'll need to contact Office / Microsoft support as this is their promotion and not one done by Xbox themselves.

    The free game is downloaded by the user by searching the marketplace for the game or going to
    www.xbox.com/.../games-with-gold and clicking the link to take you directly there. Alternatively, you can visit the Games with Gold on your Xbox and download it there. The 01-Sep
    thru 15-Sep download is Magic the Gathering 2013. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Thank you,
