Discus and support I never received my 6000 reward points for Elden Ring in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; As the title states, I never got the points for Elden Rings pre-order through the rewards app. I have tried to find an E-Mail address but it keeps...     I never received my 6000 reward points for Elden Ring


    As the title states, I never got the points for Elden Rings pre-order through the rewards app. I have tried to find an E-Mail address but it keeps taking me to live chat. There is no option for rewards there and the ones I tried said this topic cannot use live chat. If I have to end up phoning I will but would rather seek out an official E-mail address first.

    I did everything correctly on the 13th February, according to my confirmation E-Mail, which was basically to punch the card and then buy the game. I left it a while because in the past I have had it take a week to come through. This is over 2 weeks now though. I did hear of a problem that stated rewards for Elden Ring were not automatically going through so must request a manual release, which is why I want to E-Mail them unless they can sort it out from here.

    Therefore, after all that, can I get it sorted here or could someone please give me the official support E-Mail address?

    You would need to contact Microsoft Rewards support via the contact link at the very bottom of the Rewards site.

    The promotion applies to any purchase of the game until March 9. So it doesn't matter that it's no longer a pre-order.

    Yea we pretty much spent the money for the game cuz we will never see those points never again will I try to. Go for 6000 point again it’s a Microsoft scam I cashed in the point i had then delete the rewards **** off my Xbox
