Hi, Jessica! Thanks for sharing your concern with me today. Has it been over 24 hours since you've made the order. Normally, consumable items or in-game purchases, they show up automatically within the game but they would have a timeframe of 24 hours for them to reflect. Sometimes it would show up immediately and sometimes it would show up within a few hours from purchase. But you can try logging out, power cycle your device, then logging back in to refresh your account on the console. If it's been over 24 hours, I suggest you contact Activision so they can try adding the bundle since Microsoft don't have access on their servers, they can only assist you with refund. I prefer get the bundle and the Cod point that i purchase if it possible

Since you have confirmed that the purchase was made last week. And we have also known that you had purchased this on the Call of Duty website as well and still the Battle Pass still did not reflect.

What we can recommend is to reach out to Activision since it is the game developer of Call Of Duty and as well as you can be able to let them know as well that you have purchased the Battle Pass but it is still not reflecting on your account for a week, It's best to work with them as they have the necessary tools to further investigate the issue and provide you with a timely resolution with your concern.
