This was charged to my bank card ending in #4678

That is $399.92. I need refunded, Also , if there is a subscription it needs to be cancelled. This needs to be done ASAP because my card has been hacked and I need to get a new one. At 68, this should not be happening. I am sending this message on my wife’s phone. She handles these problems look forward to hearing from you soon

2. I am not in the insider programer, nor have i ever been.

3. I own all of my games and they are all tied to my one account.

I'm sorry to hear that you have been charged for vouchers that you did not order. If you have not received the vouchers or the items that they are for, it is possible that your account has been compromised. I recommend taking the following steps:

1. Change your account password at https://account.live.com/ResetPassword.aspx.

2. Request a refund at xbox.com/refunds but if the transactions are not showing up on that page, fill out the Manual Refund Webform on this link: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/forms/request-a-.... You can find the order number of your transaction by signing in to your email at this link: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/.

Once you're done submitting your request, you'll receive an email result within 72 hours and if your request gets approved, it will take 3-5 business days for the funds to reflect on your bank account but it really depends on your bank's policy.

3. Enable two-step verification at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-bil.... This will add an extra layer of security to your account by requiring you to enter a code from your phone or email when you sign in.
