    XBL customer support says I am in the Preview Dashboard Program. However, I never signed up for it and cannot access it from my dashboard. I cannot get into the support group forums for the preview dashboard program because I am not a member. How do i
    get out of this program when only xbl sees me as a member? My gt is . Nowhere in my apps is the Preview Dashboard app. I've never received any information on this program. Why is xbl seeing this on my account?

    Hello I opted in to the preview dashboard and I want to know when I will receive it I opted in about 1-2 weeks ago and I am still waiting for the update

    Updated to the new dashboard and now none of my apps work. Can't post in the preview forums access says I don't have access yet I'm in the preview program.

    That happens with second hand consoles sometimes. If you decide that you don't want to get Preview updates anymore you can opt out in the Xbox Preview Dashboard app. You won't be removed from the program right away; it won't happen until the current update
    is released to the general public. If you change your mind, you can always re-register your console later using the Xbox Preview Dashboard app. There are two ways to go about this:

    1)Prior to receiving the New Xbox One Experience Update Preview, take no action -- we'll default you to remaining on the Existing Xbox One Experience preview. You'll still get the benefits of Preview, like Backward Compatibility, but you'll stay on the current
    Xbox One update that's available to the public. Later, just before the general release of the New Xbox One Experience, we'll update your console to the latest Preview build, so you'll still get it a little early.

    2)In the Registration area of the Xbox Preview Dashboard, you can choose Remove to remove your console from the program entirely. Your console's removal will be processed within 72 hours. If you choose this option after taking the New Xbox One Experience
    Preview update, your console will go back to the current general release of the Xbox One software, but this will restore factory defaults on your console, and erase all locally stored accounts, apps, games, saved games, settings, and home Xbox associations.
    We encourage all users to download/copy your favorite games to External Hard disks to ensure a quick recovery option in the event of data loss from a removal.

  5. I've not had an update from the preview program. i'm not on a second hand console. i don't have the preview program on my console. if it isn't on my console how do i get out of this program? How did i get into it in the first place? i went to the forum
    to get help but it said no such group found. i checked my last updates and i've not gotten any updates from a preview program. i'm a little bothered i've been enrolled without me authorizing it.

    From what I can tell, it doesn't appear that your enrolled in the preview program. It's possible the chat/phone team gave you incorrect information. If you're not seeing the app or the ability to view the forums and you're not using a pre-owned console,
    you should be just fine.

    Are you having any issues that require you to post in the forums? If so, can you elaborate on those?

  7. Yes, I initially contacted xbl because I had them cancel and refund my eso plus July 15th due to technical difficulties that went unresolved by ZOS. After ZOS released their patch last week my game started working again. So, I went to repurchase eso plus
    but was unable to. All it says is Manage,instead of subscribe and it shows my cancelled membership. I've tried buying in through the crown store, in game and also xbox.com and xbl store. All three places show ESO plus, but only let me view my cancelled
    membership. I contacted xbl on Monday and they told me that it was Zos' issue. I contacted Zos and on Tuesday was told that they don't control any product on xbl or microsoft. So, I called xbl back again Tuesday and Wednesday. On Tuesday, I was told that
    I needed to contact Bethesda and after contacting them, they told me only Microsoft can make changes to their xbl products in their store as they lack authorization. On Wednesday, after being on the phone with xbl for over an hour and the customer service
    agent REFUSING to escalate my call because she told me I could just go buy my sub on eso.com. I told that was false and implored her to try that out and she'd see that they do not sell xbl subs, they only redirect you to the crown store on xbox one eso in
    game or xbl store. I refused to get off the line and finally a supervisor got on the phone and told me that my account was listed under the preview program and xbl couldn't help me any further because I needed to contact the preview program to sort out my
    issues. I explained to the supervisor I'd not signed up for any preview program, nor was the app on my box and he said on his end he saw it. So, I needed to contact someone one else. I came here to get out of the program so that I can have my account issues
    resolved. If I am not in the program, then who do i need to speak to at xbl to get my cancelled sub removed so that I can rebuy it?
