Discus and support I never got the Carbuncle Avatar pet from my FFXV pre-order in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I was told to post here, so here I am I guess.     I never got the Carbuncle Avatar pet from my FFXV pre-order


    I was told to post here, so here I am I guess. I think the pre-order was also supposed to come with a Noctis Avatar costume?

    Final Fantasy XV preorder, no avatar codes

    title pretty much says it. I preordered FFXV via Xbox store. I got the car skin and angler set... but I still haven't gotten codes for the avatar & carbuncle. Is there some sort of delay?

    Pre-ordered Final Fantasy XV. Didn't get any codes yet for the pre-order bonuses. Noctis outfits & Carbuncle avatar pet.

    You don't get a game code. The game becomes available to play automatically on 30th September.

    Do you mean the codes for the Noctis outfits and Carbuncle pet?

    When did you pre-order? Can take up to 10 days for the codes to appear in your Xbox One message center.
