Hello, I have made several purchases in the last few months and I have not received any rewards points for them. I am supposed to receive 1 point for every dollar I spend in the store. I would like to get my rewards points as soon as possible please . Contact

Hello, I have been having this problem alot. It says i have 260 microsoft points in my account or somewhere around there. But I havent gotten them at all I have had this problem for like a 3 months. Please if anyone can help me please do so. Thanks for the

I believe you're referring to the Microsoft Rewards program, not the Xbox Rewards program. If that is the case, you will need to contact their customer support via their redemption page.

Otherwise, there are no Xbox Rewards offers to receive 1 credit for every dollar spent. In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive
VIP rebates.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

As Smwutches says, you may be thinking of the Microsoft Rewards program. This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues. We do not immediately start awarding a credit per every dollar spent.
