I never got my Rewards Credits

Hello I never got my 250 Xbox Rewards Credits and I am wondering if you can give them too me. It was from doing a survey. I have contacted Xbox Support and Microsoft billing. Everyone tells me to contact you so now I contacted you.

Never got my rewards credit

Hello andres930,

The Credits for that offer were placed as pending in your account on September 14th. They were then deposited in the end of the month deposit that month on September 28th. For future reference, all Credit events can be reviewed from your MyStatement on the
MyRewards page, or confirmed as currency from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account).

Since we are adding and not removing funds to your Microsoft Account, Rewards deposits will appear as a refund with a negative amount.

That is actually how deposits are shown. The funds were not actually removed from your account unless you spent them.
