I never got my reward points for Resident Evil 7

Yes I pre ordered the game around December 29th and I pre order the 3 games to get the 15000 points but I haven't got anything yet please help

Two comments about items not credited for

First for the Horror rewards I got credit for buying the $59 worth of stuff but I never received credit for the 5 achievements I got while playing The Park after buying it.

Second for the preorder rewards I preordered Titanfall 2, Dead Rising 4, and Resident Evil 7 all on the same day. I got credit for Titanfall 2 and Dead Rising 4 but never got credit for Resident Evil 7

 

Forza and Frankenrewards problem

Hello,

I had Forza 7 Pre-Order since early September I got my 5 credit but never got the gems or the 5,000 credit in my account for the mission.

and

I started frankenrewards when the Halloween sale started I got resident evil 7 and dead rising 4 and $2 in avatar rewards. I got those rewards for 6,000 credits but I never got the rewards for getting 5 achievements (I've got 8) for 4,000 credits and in
turn I didn't get the complete all the missions for 5,000 credits
