    Quantum Break codes

    I may have deleted the $10 code that I got in my messages for pre-ordering quantum break. Any way of retrieving the deleted message. I also never got the windows 10 code.

    Alan Wake Digital Codes never sent

    I made sure to Pre-Order and even pre-download Quantum break on the xbox one and that should have given me access to W10 version of Quantum break and 4 Digital download codes... for alan wake and DLC. I never got any of the codes

    Just a heads up, we are looking into an issue with users not receiving their pre-order content from pre-ordering Quantum Break. All eligible users will receive an Xbox Live message with further information.

    Just wanted to clarify with you on the details of the promotion, since you mentioned you purchased Quantum Break on the release date, you will not be eligible for Quantum Break on Windows 10 as that was for users that pre-ordered before the release.
