    Did not Recieve my 1000 points from punchcard

    About a week ago I got a notification that I have completed my punch card and that I would receive a 1000 point but I never got those points.

    problem with points

    hello , so after solving my freedom rewards problem and making the deposit i saw i got 1000 points but where are my other points?

    i had 6750 points you gave 1000 more i should get 7650 and after you taking the 5000 points have 2650 but instead i only have 1000 so not only i didnt got the 1000 points but i even lost 750
