I never get points for my purchases anymore WHAT IS THE PROBLEM

I've been a member of this program almost since its inception and used to always get all the points I supposedly earned by buying the games from the Microsoft Store. But it seems the points have dried up yet I continue to exclusively purchase all my games
directly from Microsoft on my Xbox or from the Store on Windows 10. I'm usually too preoccupied with playing the games to even think about checking the rewards site but after noticing I never have money in my Microsoft Account like I used to, and seeing a
tweet about the new "Gems" system last night I decided to check only to find out I haven't received credits for my games purchases since March of 2016. What gives?

I do not have my points

I've tried what says in the FAQs to have my points deposited, and I found that none of my purchases have never any points earned, I contacted Microsoft support via Chat and they told me I need to call to the Microsoft Support number and also to post here
my problem to see if somebody can help.

I bought 2 xbox one S and 3 controllers and some games and never got any of my reward points promised,

I would like to know what should I do, I know for xbox live gold renewals we do not have reward points anymore,

but definitely I want my points for all the purchases I've done.

Who could help me here? I have all my Order numbers and they are displayed in my recent purchases, I do not know if I changed the country accidentally but I changed it back and did everything that is said in the FAQs.

If somebody could help me it would be great!

 

Where are my xbox rewards? I'm a 5 star member no rewards in months, what gives?

why don't I get my reward deposited anymore? I have thousands of points that I cannot use. I keeps telling me to update my account information and billing. The problem is that everything is correct! I called Microsoft support and they werw clueless,
two different people. What is the deal! I'm trying to stay calm about this situation but you guys are making this a huge hurdle to get over. I have been a member of the rewards program sing 2010, never had a problem until this last year. Please help me
get what is mine. There is no point of buying things from you to get the rewards when you keep them for yourselves!

 

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

 

I should have gotten the checked off for Assassins Creed Origins and Call of Duty WW2 and NeedForSpeed will make my third. I don't know if there were offers for FM7 Horizon3 or any other games on demand offers but I've been fairly active on the purchasing
front and feel like I have been getting absolutely nothing in return for it. Also why is the site showing that I have 0 years with Xbox Live while I've been around for 14yrs according to my profile on the console.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as mentioned in our pinned announcement at the top of the forums titled "HEY
YOU! We've got your answer here." (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/2f5ffacb-bf1e-4fca-8764-f57f69556e55), we no longer award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals
as of July 2014.

MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December
2016. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

Additionally, we see multiple Credit and deposit events since the March 2016 date you mention. You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits
to see their deposit as currency from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account), where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. Regarding Games on Demand, only purchases made during
the offer period are eligible for that offer. Since your purchases were made before the offer period, they did not award punches.
