I never get credits...

    I'm a member since 2014. I've bought like 50 games or more already, yet I don't get credits or discounts ever. Why is that?

    I never get my credits when I make purchases

    Hello gusalomao,

    You registered into the Rewards program as a US Microsoft Account member. Therefore, we created a US Rewards Account for you. This means we are only tracking purchases made in USD for your account. Only purchases made in your regional currency are eligible
    for Rewards. Since your purchases have been made with a non-USD currency, they have not been eligible for Rewards. Additionally, spending in a different region has caused your Microsoft Account to be set in a different region than your Rewards account. This
    means that your deposit will fail since we cannot deposit USD from your US Rewards Account into your Brazilian Microsoft Account, which will only accept BRL.

    However, this issue can be fixed by heading over to the Microsoft Commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com) to update your Microsoft account to match your Xbox Live Rewards location. Another option if
    you wish to continue with Rewards in your current Xbox Live region is to opt out of the program at (
    https://rewards.xbox.com/optout/ ) , wait 48 hours and then sign back up again, which can also take 48 hours.

    While you will lose your progress by starting a brand new account, you can start earning Rewards Credits that will successfully reward your newly registered regional currency. To confirm that you have re-registered correctly, you can check your join date
    from the MyRewards page at (Xbox Live Rewards). If your join date shows a specific date and not a date of "???", then your account has successfully been re-registered. If you open a new post
    after being able to log in to your new Rewards account, you can request any pending deposits from your old account to your new one.

    Hello there!

    My name is Gustavo, I live in Brazil and everytime that I make a purchase to get rewarded by a mission, I NEVER GET MY CREDITS!

    On april 6th I preordered Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition, Yooka-Laylee + Toybox Pre Order and Little Nightmares - Digital Edition to complete this mission: Xbox Live Rewards but until
    now, I didn´t get my credits.

    It´s not the first time this happened. I purchased Overwatch and some other games last year for a mission and never get the credits. That´s why I choosed not to do Rewards Missions anymore. But this month I saw this preorder mission and I wanted this 3 games,
    so I gave it another chance, without success.

    Can you guys tell if I´m doing something wrong or if there is a problem with my account? I really want to participate on the Rewards more actively, but if this problem persists it will become impossible. I never get credits... :(

    Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.
