i never ever get my reward points when i order from store

Keep in mind that in order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 start level in order to receive VIP rebates. There are currently no offers to receive credits for
purchasing The Division digitally.

Im still trying to get my 27£ rewards points back from an order i cancelled two weeks ago, Game never had the best staff and now there website is a massive joke aswell. Once/if i get my reward points back ill use them and i wont be shopping at Game again,
total joke all round

since I am going all Digital can I pre-order it on XBL, and still get the rewards points or have to purchase it from the Microsoft.com store to get the points?

I think you need to order via the MicrosoftStore.com website for that, if they are still doing that offer - but do they sell digital downloads at their retail stores? I did the 15k points when I preordered Just Dance 2015 on a disc; I don't recall having
a digital option.

Btw, do you already have your Rewards page activated? It took them about two weeks to get mine set up initially, and it seems to update slowly. It's only been a week, but I still haven't seen that 15k points dropped into my account yet. Slowpoke.

I agree. This is gonna be the worst thing for the people who have been in the Xbox live rewards program for years or anyone that has done everything so they could get a higher level in the Reward points. Trying to get your gamerscore higher so you can get
a larger Reward when you buy a game from the Microsoft store. And doing all the missions and other things so you could get a good Reward in the VIP Vault . Now all the hours of time was a waste of time. I can tell you this every game I have bought the last
4 years has been from the Microsoft store even my new Xbox one and elite controller was bought from the Microsoft store and one of the main reasons was Because Of the Xbox live rewards program. So when they end this. When Xbox Live Rewards account is no longer
available I will never buy another game from the Microsoft store again.

If you pre-order from the Microsoft store, it will be digital. You can pre-order a physical copy from participating retailers. However, the Microsoft store is more advantageous in my opinion. You can take advantage the Microsoft rewards program when you
buy from the store. Usually a $60 game, rewards you with 5,000 Microsoft points, that you can use for in game purchases, extending your xbox live service, or even buying a Starbucks gift card.
