I never change my gametag and its not give me change first time free

Is the gamertag you're using a randomly generated tag or one you chose when you created your account? The free change is only given if you were given a randomly generated tag when you signed up. If you chose your tag, then you've already used your change.

change to a new gametag that anyone else dont have it.

i regret to use this gametag, and i tried to changed it but it cost 9,99€, but in the xbox live it says that the first time its for free, and in the first 30 days. what can i do?

Hey LamNgai! To clarify, are you attempting to purchase a gamertag change? It looks like you've already used your first gamertag change. Additionally, does the error message give you an error code to enter? If so, please post it here and I'll take a look.
