I need your help, please!

Ever since July 1st, my Xbox One has been making my whole internet network crash whenever I want to play on it. Prior to that date, it was working flawlessly as it should have been. As we realized our problems, my older brother and
I have been doing our best to troubleshoot and fix the problem ourselves (within a reasonable amount of time). We've looked up and tried numerous tutorials that could've helped, but to no avail. We've also took the time to contact Xbox Customer Support and
our DSL internet service provider (ISP), but the effects were minimal at best.

We have done the following to fix our issue:

• Restarting the router (powering it on and off, and hitting the reset button)
• Replaced any necessary wires for shorter ones or those in better condition
• Performed a hard reset on the Xbox
• Did a system reset on the Xbox (without losing our data)
• Reset our Alternate MAC address 3 times in a row
• Tried to fix Xbox App server connectivity on PC (still labeled as blocked)
• Diagnosed Teredo connections (proved too frustrating)
• Ordered a brand new replacement router
  

There may be one independent factor: Bell Canada has conducted landline service within my area not too long ago, which might've been the catalyst behind the issue. My ISP noted the line itself was acting very weirdly, which would be difficult to tackle under
normal means. For now, it's boiling down to the point where my actual Xbox is behind this issue. I may have to test it at another place of sorts to make sure the system is in proper working order. I've been told that a full factory reset my help my situation,
though. Should it fail, our contingency plan involves sending our Xbox to a repair center, or getting a replacement console.



Details aside, the disconnect of being away from my friends for such a long period of time is driving me insane. So I beg of anyone who has any form of tips and advice...please help me in this dire time of need. I don't want to fall
off the Xbox grid forever.
