If I understand you correctly, what you want to do is purchasing a game as a 'gift' which then allows you to send the code/key for the game to your friend (who has to be from the same region as you). You can purchase xbox games from the same account (under which the ownership license is registered) in the Microsoft store and as long as you use the same account you can play those games in different consoles. Xbox game pass is a membership that gives you
the possibility to play a list of games or get them at a discount.

If your suspension is up and you still cannot communicate try removing the account from the console, doing a hard reset, and then re-adding the account.

It means you are suspended from xbox live until 17th July.

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

This means that your MyVIP payback will be calculated every month and be awarded by midway through the following month as a monthly whole. March payback was only recently calculated, and is currently pending in your account awaiting deposit, as you can see
on your MyRewards page. However, we only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount is beneath this amount, it has not been scheduled. If you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may do so once
you are at 1000 or more pending Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page.
