I recommend being very detailed about what happened and providing all the information you have available.

Completing the form does not guarantee that you can get it back, but it is better to try.

This is the only way to recover your account, at least the one Microsoft offers. As I said, you have to provide all the information you know and have.

Okay I understand that now but it still don't help with what I need to know to fix the problem. I need to know how to unlock Microsoft from a psn account. I understamd you can go into the minecraft game and u link the account that way. But its not fixing
the issue. I can not go on my psn and create another account because it keeps saying my microsoft account is linked with another account

You would have to create another account for another player, the skins remain in the account where they were unlocked or acquired, if you want to share
games your first account needs to be connected to the main console, greetings

Well thats another good point. From the first moment entering my hotmail adress, us was preselected and unchangeable...

This must have been a default in my hotmail. I changed it in hotmail later.. had no effect on live... so i was forced to create a us account.

Thanks for reaching out here in Xbox Forums. I understand there is a question with changing the email on a Microsoft Account. In this scenario, you will not be able to transfer or use the same Hotmail email for two accounts. The error message being presented
is in result of the Domain being used by another Microsoft Account. We recommend creating a new email or try using a 3rd party email that has Not been used by another Microsoft Account.

So if my Only 2 options are

1. Use my Gmail account (barely use it) - Change XBL Account to use Gmail, then could i change it to Outlook
2. Or are you saying Microsoft are forcing me to use GMAIl or Have to create an entire new XBL account against the Outlook email i want?

Is there no way of moving my XBL account over ?
