i need to unlink my account from this microsoft account

This is something i have been needing to do for a while as my xbox account is connected to my dads email (Ive had this since i was 7) and now we are starting to have problems having to share this email as he needs it for work whilst i just use it for xbox,
as of recent my xbox account has been weird and constantly asking me for the password when i havent changed it but apparently it has this has happened a few times and im guessing my account is "hacked" or theres a lot at fault and i rlly need to change the
account i know about aliasing but thats not what i want to do i want to move my xbox account to a brand new microsoft account and separate it from my dad's account apparently this isnt an option or isnt possible and i dont understand why.

alternate your fathers account due to the Microsoft Domain.

Is there any way around this bar making a new account because thats not the route im wanting to go at all and its starting to become irritating that we cant separate this account except for aliasing which really isnt changing anything

No there is no way around it.

The account can change the email address used to sign in or the gamertag but it will still be the same account and any content it owns will stay with it.

This includes gamerscore, game saves etc

thats unfortunately not what i wanted to hear because of this bug on xbox with the password being changed when it hasnt been changed nothing fixes it so i have to give in and change it which disrupts my dads accounts for office and his cloud and having
to reconfigure everything just because of a stupid password bug gets annoying since the password doesnt always change on all the software but locks out anyway just been a hassle and would be great if we could unlink accounts but thank you anyway

so the microsoft account can have multiple emails and if i change the password on my xbox it wont change the password for the rest of the account because currently thats whats happening and with this password bug where my passwords on the xbox dont work
this will be beneficial because the password should not be linked to office and the cloud
