I need to talk with Enforcement about a comm ban

Discus and support I need to talk with Enforcement about a comm ban in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I think it's ridiculous that a player team kills me in a game and I yell at him and now I have a week ban of no comms what so ever.     I think it's ridiculous that a player team kills me in a game and I yell at him and now I have a week ban of no comms what so ever. This is not right and I shouldn't be banned. I tried filling a review but you have to take a test. Im not 5. I sent the
    message and 30 secs later I was banned. You say its evidence based when you had no time to review the evidence at all. This is one of the biggest problems ive ever encountered with xbox. Been a memeber for 7 plus years and have green in behavior yet 1 message
    and a week ban. Contact me as soon as possible for more discussion.

  2. Suspended while suspended? What is going on with the enforcement team?

    I was given a comms ban on Saturday and then received another suspension today. How is that even possible when I have a comms ban? I literally could not communicate with anyone. Now on top of a comms ban I have a multiplayer ban as well. I need to talk
    to an actual person and get this cleared up.

    The enforcement team does not use the forums. Submitting a case review is the only way to contact them.

    It would've been for past incidents

    A week ban is not an first offence report and no it doesn't matter who starts the fight whoever gets reported and breaks the rules will. R punished

    Case Review
    . 24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not reviewable, however you can find more information in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag. Remember
    that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the Code of Conduct or Terms of Service has happened.

    One of the common myths is that people who report another user for no reason will see that person suspended. This is not the case and in fact is subject to action as well for false reports which you can find more information about Enforcement Myths HERE.

    If you believe the suspension was in error and if you're eligible, you can submit a case review using the steps

    , however sometimes you're asked to complete a short questionnaire before you can submit a case review. All of the questions refer to the

    Code of Conduct
    , which you should review prior to filing the review.

    If you fail on the questionnaire during the Case Review, don't worry as you'll be given another chance in 24 hours.

    What are you suppose to do when you have a comm ban but are unable to file a review as you never received a message and when you go to the enforcement page it shows you have no enforcement, yet when you call support to find out what's going on and you get
    told you have a comm ban? Who would you talk to about that?
