I need to talk to Xbox ...

I have been dealing with a harrassment and bullying issue being done through the xbox report gamer feature. I have had my live for 8 yrs now, and for 7 yrs things were good, i have had alot of fun. But within the last half a year i have been getting harrassed
and bullyed by little kids, getting all their 500 friends to go and report people for their own personal Revenge. I have blocked said gamer on 2 profiles he has that i know of. the next day i was enforced cause hes mad i want nothing to do with him. That is
harrassment. I am not legally required to be friends with him, hence why i blocked the kid. He himself a while back asked me to report multiple people i had never met even, because he was getting revenge on them for a school incident. I told him it is wrong
and that i would never consider it. Can i please talk to enforcement, this is not good and if it continues, i will seek legal action to protect my investment with your business. Help me please!!!

Hello, My name is Dylan and I was banned. The reason they banned me is because I was purposely "CHEATING" but that is not the case!

I was playing Black Ops 2 on the Xbox 360 and went on to matchmaking. It joined right away. It was a modded lobby and I wouldn't let me leave. It gave me everything unlocked and ruined my stats. It kicked me from the game after.

I was annoyed about this so I reset my stats on black ops 2 so I wasn't accused of cheating.

I try to play the next day but I said on my 360. this account wont be able to sign in until the 18th of jan. I was really annoyed.

Later I try to go on to my Xbox One and I cant go on any multiplayer games or join parties. All because of some guy with mods.

I DID NOT TRY TO JOIN ON PURPOSE THE MATCHMAKING PUT ME IN THE SESSION

If you have an active suspension, you would need to try submitting a case review at
http://enforcement.xbox.com Otherwise, there is no other way to contact the enforcement team.

 

All you can do is report these offenders using the tools provide on the console. There is no direct communication with the enforcement team. As Smwutches says the only way to communicate with them is through the case review if you have a suspension.

My account literally got banned for 14 days in 2011 because I had "Nuts" in my profile, referring to crazy. There used to be an email you could write to but the guy on the other end was a jerk. I didn't renew my subscription for 5 years.

i got banned 2 times in 2 days... i got a comm ban... then a live ban.... xbox enforcement is ran by an automated system with MABYE a follow up by a person and its easy to notice... its all a system that NEEDS to be discontinued... i admit i said some things
that i shouldnt have for 1 of the bans... but heres the catch to my story.... i did my time, for 15 days i was banned and now the enforcement page says im unbanned but yet my comm is STILL messed up and this happened a year ago too... i get unbanned and now
i join parties and it says i cant chat cuz of privacy issues...so i try to send a message to someone and it says my behavior wont let me talk.... but why??? im unbanned, so why is it still telling me that and why does it let me join parties but wont let me
talk... it makes no sense... what i think happened is some lazy person did not turn back on all my permissions.... what else could it be??? its a flawed system / lazy people.. and its kinda embarrassing for microsoft to have such a bad system... the other
day i saw i youtube video of a xbox embassador bragging to everyone in his party that he had banned 200 and something people within a couple of days but not for legit reasons.. it was people that made him mad so he just got them banned and explained to the
party that he could do whatever he wanted to people that made him mad...... THAT IS ILLEGAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and this is not my opinion it is on YOUTUBE thats why people make videos like that... TO CATCH PEOPLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
