    I need to talk to someone about making a complaint..


    Hello, I know I can't post gamertags on the forums, but I have complaints about a person who says he is a Xbox Live Ambassador, even my clan mates have complaints about the same person and we are not liking it because,

    1. He's threaten us

    2. Harassed our members and our leader

    3. He is even trying to find people to hack us off..

    4. He's trying to find out where we live..

    Yes, we filed complaints, and contacted the support, but we are filing complaints, and he keeps coming back and will not leave any of us alone.

    It needs to stop. We also blocked him and muted the person but it's not working..

    How do you know he is not an ambassador, isn`t everyone one of them these days?

    Claiming to be an ambassador breaks no rules.

    Reporting on your console is all you can do.

    Blocking and muting him will stop all his messages, if he uses other accounts block and report them too.
