    Could you please explain what you mean by "set up my new game card"?

    You can talk to a support person by going to https://support.xbox.com/contact-us, and then when you're at step 2, depending on the time of the day, you will see an option
    of "No thanks" when asked about Virtual Agent. Click on it and on next step choose the option to chat, or call back.
