Discus and support I Need to talk to a Representative in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; my account has been banned for trash talking and inappropriate content and all that at excatly 5:51 but I was at basketball practice at that time and...     my account has been banned for trash talking and inappropriate content and all that at excatly 5:51 but I was at basketball practice at that time and I didnt get home until a little later than 6:25 and I see that my account has been banned I would like

    nope you don't get it

    It doesn't matter if you were on or not

    Reports happen weeks or days before and are investigated

    Just because you were suspended at a time doesn't mean that's when the offence occured

    You will have to improve your behavioue

    You can view this at https://enforcement.xbox.com

    And file a case review but since you don't know when the offence occured (no time table as it could've been from weeks ago you can't dispute it and no they won't tell you the time and date as it's private data

    Talking to a representative

    When you're on the contact site, change your category/topic until you see the options to request a call back or chat with support. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.

    Well, the thing is, I talked to a Norwegian representative, and he told me to call, or talk to another representative when I got my console serial number and console ID. That would allow them to remove it.
