See the bottom left part of the page and make sure that the page has the correct region that you are in (ex: United States - English for USA)

you can also call the xbox phone number to get ahold of them as well

that phone number is no longer used.

if you need to speak to someone you need to go through the contact us options and select "request call back"

This is happening to me on my other account. I'm so tired of this. How do you call and speak to someone? It's much easier than chat but I can't seem to figure out a phone number.
