    I had a communications ban yesterday and after going over my entire message history I want able to find anything banworthy. I called support where I was told I could dispute it at the enforcement site, only the button was disabled. I then got on chat
    support and explained what was going on and the agent said they would contact the enforcement team, let them know what was going on, and have them contact me.

    When they failed to do so, I called support again and they said they have no record of the previous agent doing anything, but the enforcement was lifted. That said I still have an enforcement mark on my account and that hurts my credibility as a streamer/content
    creator. The agent said to make a post here and the enforcement team would contact me. So if you would, please call or email me (the info on my account is accurate).

    If I actually did something worthy of the ban I will gladly accept responsibility for it, but I believe this ban was made in error (or more accurately, made maliciously since I play dark souls 3 and people tend to get pretty salty about being invaded). So
    please contact me and let me know what I did that was worthy of a permanent mark on my account, and if it was so worthy of a ban why was it lifted early?

    While some Code of Conduct violations are immediately resolved, XBLPET also conducts reactive investigations. Many of these investigations are triggered by player complaints. The Code of Conduct has no statute of limitations, and users may be enforced upon
    at any time for past offenses.

    A player may be offline (or playing single player) at the time of the suspension, but his or her online status at that particular moment may have no bearing on the reason behind the enforcement. If you receive a suspension and are not sure why it occurred,
    please check the email sent to your Microsoft Account or view your Enforcement History on enforcement.xbox.com.

    Submitting a case review on the enforcement site is the only way to contact the enforcement team however not all suspensions are eligible for a review.

    NEEDING TO SPEAK WITH THE ENFORCEMENT TEAM

    The only way to report someone is via your console.The enforcement team only reply in the ban/suspension forums to tell someone why they are banned/suspended.

    Block comms with these people on your console as well.

    Anything else that happens that is not on xbox live is up to you to sort out.

    You are not allowed to call out gamertags on the forums.
