    I need to review to unban my account


    I was banned a couple months ago and I’ve been feeling so sad because I lost all my data all I want is to get it unbanned and start over because I don’t get as angry as I did before because I’ve gone to classes so I’m more good and not aggressive please
    someone help. My banned account on Xbox is SoulxDevils I made a second account called With the 1 but I really need my main back

    My xbox live account has been banned wrongully.

    I've gone through the case review and they still didn't unban me. I've been told that I should be unbanned by one of Xbox's representatives. I've been around in circles now for nearly a year. Is it really that hard? Just UNBAN MY ACCOUNT.

    You would have to login to the banned account at enforcement.xbox.com and file for a case review.

    No one here can do anything about enforcement actions as the enforcement team don't use the forums.

    You would need to log on to the enforcement page HERE for details about your ban & to file for a case review if eligible.

    Sorry to hear about what happened. Please be informed that even a Microsoft Support cannot assist us regarding account suspension because it's only being handled by the Xbox Enforcement team. Due to confidentiality, the enforcement action details are not shared to anyone but Xbox Enforcement team.

    Please instead go to https://enforcement.xbox.com to check more details of your suspension and to check if there's an option to apply for a case review. Might as well check your mailbox for more info about your suspension.

    http://enforcement.xbox.com Otherwise, there is no other way to contact the enforcement team.
