    I need to replace my broken Xbox One controller


    Hello,

    I plug my controller on my computer with a micro-USB to USB cable, but the problem is that the connector of my controller doesn't work or works for 3 seconds, I tried many different cables on other devices and they are all working, so the problem must come
    from my controller.

    I bought the controller in February 2016, is there any way to get a repair or a replacement ?

    Xbox One S Controller not working with headset adapter for Turtle beach XOFour Headset.

    I just recently got an xbox one S to replace broken xbox one, and the original controller I used with my XO Four Headset (Turtle Beach) and the official xbox headset adapter. I thought my new S controller would just be a case of plug and play after the console
    and controller was done updating, I could hear my friends in party chat but i have been unable to talk using my S Controller. Do I need a new headset adapter or is there something else wrong?

    Controllers have a 90 day warranty when your first one broke you should have had that replaced by filling for warranty replacement. After 90 days there is no service for a broken controller and you need to buy a new one

    If it is broken and out of warranty throw it away and purchase another one.

    There are no user suggested fixes for controllers. If broken and not under warranty you will need to replace it.

    Sorry, I received a broken controller with my Xbox One and the replacement was also broken.

    It is a personal preference to just purchase a new one.

    However, I am seeing that MANY people are receiving broken controllers from MS. Because of that, yes, they should take care of the issue.

    Following that logic, we should go and tell everyone with a broken console to "Just go out and buy a new one and not bother Microsoft". It's horrible advice.

    Microsoft should take care of the broken equipment I paid for. Period.
