Remove payPAL payment

Hello,

You cannot remove a payment method that is tied to your gold membership. If you wish to remove your payment method from your account you will need to either a.) wait for your gold membership to end by turning off automatic renewal, or b.) cancel your Xbox LIVE
membership by contacting phone support and then you will be able to remove your payment method.

Hey! This issue you are having is very easy to solve. First option is to sign into your account, go to subscriptions, then click on it and you should find auto-renewal on, click on that and turn it off. You can also call or chat with a xbox representative
and they can do it for you, good luck.
