    Ihad to renew my Live gold sub, and now i cannot access the extra content in Star Wars Battle front. I had purchased the elete bundle with all the expansions included, now when i try to play them im redirected to the store to purchase theme individualy.
    I was chatting with MS this morning, they (Dave) asked me if i had done any trouble shooting to resolve the issue. I informed him that i had rebooted the XBox Device severial times. he then asked if i had redownloaded my profile? i had no idea what he ment.
    i asked him why i had to that, he saie it was very important that i have a fresh profile after re upping the live account, but, I had to leave before i had the information on how to redownload my profile.

    Error code 80150101

    My xbox live wasnt working and it said to redownload my xbox gamertag so i did but it said error code 80150101 and im unable to download my profile at this time so now on my xbox i cant go on my xbox profile.Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Old profile not accessible

    I went onto another console with my profile on it, and when i logged onto my profile it said it couldn't connect, and that i will need to redownload my profile. So, i deleted my account off of the console and tried to redownload it into it. I typed in
    my account and password for downloading my profile, and it gave me a whole new profile. This had happened before because i remember the name of this new profile. I looked up my old profile name, and it was still there. How do i get my old profile instead of
    this fresh one?

    Cleared my cache redownloaded my profile, it did get to 100% then said cant download, now its back to 4% how do I go about getting my money back??

    if you are getting signed out when the game loads , then it is a corrupted profile and all you need to do is delete and redownload the profile.

    though make sure you know the sign in details before deleting it
