    I need to purchase my game again


    I have purchased a game called 'Dungeon Defenders' on Xbox Live. It's ok but many months later, my xbox has red dot. I buy another xbox and sign in to the same Xbox Live account I've purchased the game but suddenly I saw '$19.90' on the game. I thought I
    purchased it already with another xbox but the same account but I have to purchased again. So what will I do?

    Marketplace says I need to purchase DLC again...

    Eventually all items on the Marketplace will tell you that you need to purchase it again. If you need to redownload something always start from the Download History.

    As for the missing DLC, are you sure it was originally purchased with the tag you're posting with? You may want to double check other tags on the console.

    You can also go to commerce.microsoft.com to double check past purchases on your account as all purchases are listed there since the account was created.

    Marketplace says I need to purchase DLC again...

    When I go to download Oblivion from the marketplace it said I had to purchase it even though I already purchased it a few years ago. I managed to get a work around by going to my download history and re-downloaded it from there but it still says I need to
    purchase it on the marketplace, (weird) anyway I had also purchased the Shivering Isles and Knights of the Nine dlc and it also said I need to purchase it again. I figured I could just go to my download history and get it there also but it isn't in my history
    at all. I can't get my dlc again without paying for it now. Can anyone help me possibly get my dlc back without paying for it AGAIN or am I screwed.

    I seen this kind of issue on the forums before but it was with a code, follow these steps and see if this works for you (You have to be on the Xbox 360 Dashboard to do this)

    Settings > Account > Download History

    I hope this works for you I need to purchase my game again :)

    it does not identify the license, to play the game you need to log in to the game owner's account, without that the game will not work, you can still access your account after that and play the game, but without the owner's account it will not start .

    Yeah I know it should show up in ready to install from my games and apps that’s where I checked there first and it didn’t show up. The first time I checked when it didn’t show up I went to the xbox store and it said the game was only available for pc.
    Then a few a months later I went back to check again and it was available for xbox but I had to purchase it again

    If you haven't already, check the Ready to Install section of your Games and Apps to see if it shows there. Make sure you're signed into the account that purchased it.

    If you still don't see it, you'll want to check your purchase history to make sure the purchase did go through. If it doesn't show in your purchase history, then it would have been
    purchased on a different account. If it does show in your history, you'll want to contact support. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

    It should show up in you ready to install games , you wiuldnt have to go into the store for that as there are other versions of the game now. Also if you go to microsoft.com and sign in and look at purchase history you should be able to install it from
    there as well
