    Exactly why I need a review. Not to decide on rather I'm buying it, but to feed my pessimistic but realistic belief that it will follow in it's predecessors' footsteps and be unreasonably flawed.

    Regarding, closing the account, I imagine that it would require that person's next of kin to do it as they may need to provide proof of the death to MS so they close it.
