I need to know if the refund will be going to my bank?

I need to also know this? I did go through the online refund process and an email 2 days later said refund denied....but my brother got a refund?

I requested a call back from them today and mentioned that both my brother and a friend got refund, she said they don't do refunds a d to contact my bank for a charge back 🤷‍♂️

But just seen now on twitter that Microsoft tweeted they are giving refunds?

Refunds always go to the payment method used originally

If you have a new card but the bank is the same. Some banks refund the money on the new card

You may need to reach them to see how they're going to refund the money to you

hey guys. I ended up getting a refund after about a half hour of talking to support. now, i'm a bit confused. Does this refund go into my bank account (I paid with my visa debit), or my xbox account? I thought it was gonna go to my xbox account, but I don't

I need help with a refund

I attempted to refund for one game and two dlcs my 10 yr old son bought online. The game was approved but still have not received the money, but the dlcs were not approved. This is not abuse of the refund system as we do need the money back, and would like to know how I can reappear for the refund please

How long ago was the refund approved? It can take 3-5 business days (or longer depending on your bank) after the refund is approved before your bank would reflect the refund on their end.
