I need to have the March Preview Rolled Back on my console because I cant party up or play any ...

Customer Service and Support always tell you to go to the forums when you want a fix for something they simply cannot offer. This is the 3rd time I've heard of it in the last week or two and frankly, it's not a good practice as we cannot do anything more
than give advice.

As said, BEFORE you updated, you agreed that you wouldn't be able to take it off and you also agreed that you would have issues with party chat and those who don't have the update. The sooner people get out of this habit of clicking accept and next without
reading the text, the sooner people will stop having these troubles.

 

I appreciate everyone's snarky constructive criticism but frankly I was doing what was told to me by a customer service member. I apologize that I trusted someone to actually help me with an issue. I of course understand the points that are being made
but I was exploring every avenue that was available to me. This all would have been avoided if the company had just taken their time and produced a product that was ready for market. The new update is undoubtedly probably going to improve the gaming experience
and Im glad its there. I just wanted to have a weekend of playing with my friends who do not have the update. I'm glad to give the "life Trollers" on these forums something to talk about. Troll on

 

Nobody forced you to sign up for the beta. You did on your own volition.

I always wanted to use that word (volition). I can now die a happy man. =)

 

Devs do not use party chats... when you signed up.. you got a confirmation email with a web address directing you to a private forum. This forum is nothing but the testers and you go there to discuss what you think about the build.. how to improve it.. what
is not working ETC.

That is the job of being a tester.. not to brag to your friends in a party that you have the have the update and they do not....

again... Why do they release beta versions of games? for people to test what the games are.. from then , it is our responsibility to convey our thoughts about that so things get fixed. This is what makes me laugh sometimes when things seems broke in the
game and then people complain "It has been broke since the beta"

 

More than likely they were talking about the support forums mate. This is a general discussion forum. Try posting over there.
