I need to have the March Preview Rolled Back on my console because I cant party up or play any ...

I don't understand how you can preview an update when you cant communicate WITH ANYONE.

Yeah I have done any update that has come up and I still cant seem to connect with my friends most the time. Either in party chat or just to play the game any ideas

 

"Due to network Limitations, you can't join party chat right now" issue. Have tried everything.

Same here, its dissapointing to buy a console for $400 or $500 that is not only worse than the predecessor, but barely even works at all. I cant see my friends 90% of the time, and then when I can, I cant join or invite them to any game or party because
of "network limitations". Im ready to just take this piece of crap back and get a playstation 4 before Destiny comes out so I can actually play on a console that works with my friends.

 

Invite your friends to the beta. You can give them the same code you used.

 

It was clearly stated that you wouldn't be able to party with anyone. You agreed to it. Now suck it up and deal with it. Learn to read what you're agreeing to before you just keep hitting accept.

The update comes out on Tuesday for everyone, so deal with it.

 

unfortunately im a clan leader on Ghosts ansd by the time they get the update it will be wasted weekend of gaming ...just prefer to take it off

 

You can't roll back, you ageed to the update, you also read what effect the update would have ie not being able to communicate to people without it.

 

thanks Dante your such a gem of a person.....ive seen you write this on other peoples posts. Try making a friend or something. I paid 500.00 for the systems and over 60 a year for the service so IF I want to opt out, I have every right. So go troll somewhere

Can you not just send you mates a message and use in game chat when playing the games? That is what I did last night with my friends on BF4. Although the in game chat was horrible at times.

 

Well then Xbox Customer Support is lying because this is exactly what they told me to do. To request a rollback in the forums.

 

by using the agreeing to the update.. you agreed to the terms.. and one of those terms is to share our thoughts and experiences of the updates and it features on that private forums.. this is why things seem to never get fixed... people get the update/betas...
and DO nothing to help the devs fix what they are trying to fix... (not single-ling you out OP, just in general)

 

I will always find I strange when people agree to do something, like opt into a beta, and then get angry at the company because they can't opt out. I'm not being rude but seriously mate, you have no one to blame but yourself. I have friend that decided to
not opt in for the very reason you are complaining about. The patch is part of you system now. It can't simply be removed. Maybe if you wipe you whole system maybe but I don't know. Read the details next time. Or better yet. Wait for the proper release like
a lot if us did.

Customer Support is there to assist in general issues related to the system. They are not trained, nor are they supposed to be trained to assist in an on going update preview, which is why you are given access to preview forums that only preview members
can access. You are supposed to direct all issues, impressions, and questions there. Again, if you read what you were agreeing to, you'd know this.

I'm sorry if you dislike what I am saying, but it's life. You basically agreed to a contract, and no you do NOT have any right to get out of it. There's a reason you are given the option to "Agree" or "Decline" these things and why Microsoft gives you rules
and information on what will happen while in the preview.
