i need to talk to customer billing suppot asap!! i have a 13 yr old in the resididence that just charged her fathers cc acct by miste and has a prepaid code to use instead and needs to reverse the cc acct to this payment method!

thanks but I called that number and got told by animation to go to xbox/help torequest a call back and the hung up on me! youre right they suck!!

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

They discontinued using the number now about a year ago.

The only way to contact them is through the support.xbox.com/contact-us website.

At the time of the discontinuance of that phone number they also made some changes to the refund request process and the customer service agents whether you request a call back or chat with them will direct you to the refund request form at the following
