The Xbox account and MS are one and the same. Xbox is a part of Windows, uses no meaningful resources and cannot be removed. If you try, you'll either break something or it'll be back next update

there was a version of forza horizon 2 for the 360 and a version for xbox one, as you own the 360 version you would need to purchase the xbox one version, problem is you would need to find a disc version as the game is now delisted for purchase.

First, welcome to the Xbox community. Do you get any error code when trying to install the game, can you see it in your library to install it?

Try removing the account from the console and adding it again, following the instructions below, and see if the issue is resolved.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

I had a Torrid time trying to get it to shut off last night.
