I need to get rid of this account. PLEASE help.

This is pretty complicated. I got an Xbox One 2 months ago or so and set up an account for myself as well as for my mom (I just thought it would be nice to have her on the Xbox as well). Somehow, I managed to make a series of big mistakes. Making an account
for her was the first big mistake, really. Then, I set a password for her account and made it so the password was required to sign her in (no idea why I did that). I didn't write the password down. I also made her my parent on the Xbox for some reason and
that locked up all the settings on my account. So I'm having a sleepover with a bunch of friends tonight, and I decided I would try and get Gold so we could play FIFA online instead of just against each other/the computer (because it's more fun to play online).
So I went on the website, tried signing up for the 1-month Gold free trial, and it wouldn't let me get it because my account settings didn't allow me to buy anything that wasn't free (even though this is a FREE trial, which makes no sense, but that's beside
the point). So I went down to the Xbox to change my settings, and it wouldn't let me because I needed a parent to change it for me. I tried logging into her account to change it, and every password I tried didn't work. I tried EVERY PASSWORD UNDER THE SUN
that I have EVER used for ANYTHING. NOTHING worked. "Ok," I thought, "brilliant." I went back inside and decided I would change the password to her account. I went into the password reset process and it put me onto a page where I had to list subjects and recipients
of recent emails sent with the email associated with the Xbox account, as well as payment information for purchases made with the account. So the Xbox made me create an outlook.com email for the account, so I did (the password for this email is the same password
that I can't remember). The thing is, I can't list information about this email when I have NEVER used it for anything. I haven't sent or received a single email with this outlook.com account, nor have I used it to pay for anything. So I tried to fill out
the form as best I could, and I got an email on my usual email (which I provided at the beginning of the process) saying that I hadn't provided enough information about the account to change its password. So I made an account that has never been used, but
it's completely locked up and I have no way of accessing it, which means I can't change the settings to my account, which means I can't purchase anything. Which SUCKS. Microsoft Live Chat is closed right now, and I don't know if anyone here can help me solve
this problem, but I need something that will help me get out of this mess. I was hoping to get it done before tonight, but that's unrealistic. My aim now is just to get it done at all. If there is some way to delete the account or change its password (preferably
just to delete it altogether), someone please let me know so I can get this problem solved ASAP. Thanks for your help.

my brother got a ban and I need a way to fix my account even tho I shouldn't have a ban. Please help get rid of whole console ban

 

CANCELING UNLIMITED EXPIRATION GOLD SUBSCRIPTION

An employee needs to completely remove this account (or at least the auto-charge)

We do not know the parental account and our Xbox is inaccessible

child account: Shrapnelproof

We can't get on to the billing page due to not knowing the parental account details limiting our accessibility to cancel the sub

We have all the credit card information

Please just help get rid of this...

 

There is nothing that anyone in the forums will be able to do to assist you with the account issues. You will have to go through support for help with accounts. Good Luck.
