I need to find the serial number on my box 360

My ex stole my son's Xbox 360 and I need to get the serial number from it, the police said I should be able to access the info from my xbox live account but I don't know how.

Is there a way to find the serial number online?

My Xbox 360 got stolen and the police told me they need the serial number to track it. Is there a way to find out the serial number based on past transactions? Or is there a different way? Any help would be appreciated..

If you have registered the console, you can find the serial number at
http://myservice.xbox.com by logging in with the profile that registered it.

 

I recommend take the photo of serial #, Product # and photo of console. That I saved onto my phone and transfer to the computer to keep the record of serial into the Cloud storage server.. you can use cloud server anywhere from your phone or computer to
get the photos of your products..
