I need to contact Xbox support for issues with my son's xbox one console.

My son has been having issues with his Xbox One. It is very slow in getting to the sign in screen for xbox live. He has been getting various error messages as follows and they do not come up in the "error code help" section of the Xbox website. The codes
are:

0x80831002

0x80a30204

0xd000189

0x8027025a

0x8007045d

0x80270300

If anyone has any ideas on how to contact Xbox to get help it would be very much appreciated.

i would contact xbox support directly. they have been quite helpful with my needs and issues.

the other thing to try is reseting the mac address.. its in settings, network, advanced do the restart and see what happens from their.

You'll just need to sign into your account using your Microsoft Account email address and password. This guide can help with that.

Sign In to Xbox Live on Xbox One. If you're still having issues though, you'll want to contact Xbox Support for more help.

You can always contact support as mentioned before but if you'd like, you can also try hard-resetting the Xbox yourself and that most of the times solves such issues

I raised this issue with support on 14th Dec. They referred it to the Advocacy team. Two weeks later (on 28th) still not working, so I contacted Xbox chat support again. They referred it to the Advocacy team again and said that the Advocacy team would contact
me within "a couple of hours". I've head nothing since. Absolutely rubbish support.

However, I happened to try logging into my son's Xbox Gold account (on a PC) and it now lets me do that (i.e. it doesn't tell me that I need to give my son permission to use his Xbox account, etc). However, now, when my son signs into Xbox live on his Xbox
console and starts a game (e,g, FIFA 14), he is immediately signed out again! Anybody experiencing this new problem?

I have the same issue, I purchased Lego Marvel for my son and checked that its $19.99, thinking it was a bargain, I purchased it since i know on Xbox Live games on the Console is $39.99. I contacted their support team and got a refund.
