Today me and my friend got in an argument. I went on their account and changed all their info and sent a message to myself than reported it all and got her perma banned. I need to contact xbox enforcement to discuss if and how any of this information can

Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately no one here can help. The only way to contact the PET is via the enforcement site.

myaccount has been banned from communicating and I don't know why. Can't submit a review because I keep getting questions wrong. I just want to get back to gaming. I didn't do anything wrong and I demand an answer. I have been paying you guys for YEARS

That is the only way to contact the enforcement team.Posting personal info,like your phone number is not allowed on the forums.The enforcement team will never contact you by phone anyway.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We are sorry for the issue with the gamertag. Unfortunately, there is no way to reach Enforcement team. Not even support has this ability. Enforcement used to have a way to contact. Unfortunately, all they got was a
lot of grief and harassment. So they stopped all communications. The only way to get with enforcement is how you did with the case review. As there is a new gamertag system. The gamertag will need to be shortened to fit that new system.

You can try contacting support and have them start an unauthorized access investigation, but depending on how your friend set it up, it may not show you as the original owner so you may not be able to get it back. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada

Also, lending, sharing, giving, etc. of accounts is a violation of the code of conduct. So he has put it at risk for being banned as well.
