    I need to change my privacy settings


    When i try to join a club on the Xbox app on my tablet, it says i need to change the privacy settings. Whenever i go into Xbox.com, i click on the my account link, but it just takes me back to the main page.

    Try logging in to the Microsoft Account main page. From there, you’ll see a privacy tab where you can update settings.

    Hello, sorry to hear you are having this issue.

    You may need to Manage app settings and privacy on your console. Give this a shot.

    If you are still having issues you may need to try these steps and see if that allows you to join a group.

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then select
      System       > Settings.
    2. Select Account > Privacy & online safety.
    3. Select Xbox Live privacy > View details & customize >
      Communication & multiplayer.
    4. Under Others can communicate with voice, text, or invites, select
      Everybody.
    If you are still having issues, try uninstalling the app and reinstalling it.
